Problem

At the beginning of our cooperation, R. Zecevic Personaldienstleistungs GmbH was still new on the market. Managing director Radan Zecevic did not know how to market his 24h care and support staff and generate new customers.

Although nursing staff are in great demand in Germany, she did not know how to market her newly founded company, so she sought help.

Strategy

For R. Zecevic Personaldienstleistungs GmbH we developed a landing page to attract new customers. The interested parties find the page through Google search ads when they are looking for a 24-hour caregiver or similar.


It was important for the target audience to build up trust with our client, as they put their parents/grandparents or other family members in the hands of these caregivers.

That is why we have already emphasized on the landing page, both through pictures and text, that the caregivers are trusting, caring and loving.

Often the relatives feel guilty when they give up the care of their family members. Therefore we show understanding for this emotions on the website.

We have chosen Google search ads as the advertising channel. So we reach each person, who is looking for the keyword "24h care". With that the advertising budget of the still recent enterprise is used most effectively.

Our client needs a lot of information in order to prepare offers for interested parties: Details of the person in need of care, requirements for the caregiver, health insurance, etc. We developed an interactive questionnaire to collect all the data online and simplify the sales process.


This concept has already proven to be an effective method in other industries, as prospective customers can provide all the important information in a playful manner and are not put off by a long form.
